Captions on Incoming Calls (for Web/Wireless).

To view captions on incoming calls, tell people who call you to follow these two steps:

  1. Dial the ClearCaptions Captioning Center at (855) 281-8700
  2. At the prompt, key in your phone number (entered above) and press #

You must be signed in to the website or the ClearCaptions app to receive a captioned call. The service will prompt you when a call comes in, and when you accept the call, the phone at the number you entered above will ring. Answer your phone and your captions will display on the device where you accepted the call.
